How do I earn rebates?
You will earn rebates every time you go through this website using the available online virtual mall and make a purchase. You must visit the actual merchant websites only through this website to ensure that you purchase is properly tracked and your rebate credited to your account.

When do I receive my rebates?
You are able to receive any earned rebates after a minimum of $25.00 is earned. Your earned rebates can then be loaded on to a Prepaid Visa Card which will be sent to you by U.S. Mail when requested.

What happens when my one year of access to the Cash Rebate Mall expires?
You will no longer have access to the Cash Rebate Mall. Any rebates that have been earned may still be requested to be paid to you within 90 days of account expiration. After the 90 days any unclaimed rebates that have been earned will be forfeit if not requested to be paid to you.

What is the rebate payout amount for each merchant?
The actual percent (%) of your total purchase, less taxes; shipping fees and any other surcharges are clearly stated for each merchant. The payout amounts may be changed from time to time.

How will an earned rebate for a recent purchase be credit and sent to me?
At anytime during your account access you may visit the 'My Account' section located within the Cash Rebate Mall to review earned rebates that have been credited to your account and that may be requested to be paid out.

How long will it take for an earned rebate to show in my account?
You can expect to have an earned rebate for a recent purchase credited to your account and available to withdraw within 90 days after your purchase. Any rebates displayed before the end of the 90 days will be labeled as pending.

Why does it take up to 90 days to receive your earned rebate?
Merchants report user purchases at different times and can take weeks to post any transactions. In addition, merchants do not pay the stated commissions which are used as the rebates immediately to allow for the potential of the user sending the purchase back as a return. To allow for this, merchants tend to issue commissions after some time has elapsed.
